ELE. 4/2008/Pt. II/44 Dated 26/02/2018, Applications are invited from the
intending candidates who are the citizen of India as defined in Article 5 to 8
of the Constitution of India for filling up of the following posts, which are

Age: Candidates must not be less than

Application
should be sent either through post or to be delivered by hand in the Drop Box
kept for the purpose in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Baksa,
Mushalpur. Post applied for shall be superscribed on the sealed envelope.
The
application will be received during office hours on or before 27/03/2018 upto
5.00 PM. No application will be received after expiry of last date and time.
1)
Candidates already in service should apply
through proper channel.
2)
The applicants must submit the following
documents/testimonials along with application.
a)
Self attested photocopies of all
certificates/mark sheets in support of educational qualifications & other
required qualifications. Age proof certificate, Caste Certificate if
applicable, valid employment exchange registration certificate etc.
b)
3 (Three) copies of self attested recent
Passport size photograph. (One of which should be pasted on the Application
Form).
c)
A self addressed envelope affixing Postal
Stamp of Rs. 5.00 must be enclosed along with the Application Form.
d)
Original copy of treasury Challan of
application fees payment/Attested copy of BPL F.I. Card (it applicable)

Procedure
of Selection: The Applicant for the posts of Junior Assistant and EVM
Godown Keeper whose applications are found to be in order will be called for a
Written Test of 250 Marks comprising of the following subjects.

Ability & Reasoning 250
Further, there will be a computer proficiency
(Practical) test for 50 Marks who quality in the Written Test.
4)
The candidates for EVM Godown
Watchman/Office Peon/Office Chowkidar whose applications are found to be in
order will be called for interview.
5)
The appointment shall be made after keeping
due reservation of vacancies for ST, ST (P), ST (H), as per Govt. Guidelines
and maintaining Roster Points as required.
6)
All appointments will be made after
necessary police verification and medical examination as per procedure.
7)
The Date and Venue of the Written
Test/Interview will be notified later on. Those candidates who will qualify in
the Written Test for the post of Junior Assistant and EVM Godown Keeper will be
called for Computer Skill Test.
8)
Applicants who desire to be considered on
ground of having rendered service/continuing in service in Deputy Commissioner
office may apply as per norms and submit their documents showing detailed
record of service on casual/wages basis along with their Applications.
9)
The selected candidates will have to submit
an undertaking to the Appointing Authority that they will abide by New Pension
Rules of the Govt. issued vide Finance Departments Letter No. BW-3/03/Pt-II/1
Dated 25/01/2005.
10)
Incomplete/Unsigned Applications will be
rejected.
11)
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in
the written test/Interview.
12)
Canvassing in any form will result in
disqualification of the candidate.
